Purpose:

This equipment is used to crush the agglomerates after sand removal to a certain particle size, in order to meet the requirements of sand reclamation equipment.

Features:

1. This machine is the fourth-generation crusher developed by our company, integrating crushing, screening, and initial regeneration. It can process used sand with a sand temperature up to 400°C. Compared to built-in crushers, it offers advantages such as reliable performance, simple structure, and convenient maintenance.

2. The use of cylindrical helical compression springs for vibration damping results in low noise and minimal vibration to the foundation.

3. The material basket is made of manganese steel wear-resistant material, which is easy to replace.

4. Equipped with a waste discharge outlet, it allows for the regular discharge of unbreakable iron materials or other debris from the material basket.
